What Causes Hair Problems?
- Split ends
The most common hair problem; split ends happen when the protective outermost layer of the hair peels itself, which results in hair damage. Some causes of split ends include using hair products with chemicals from rebonding and hair coloring. Split ends may also result from blow-drying your hair.
- Flaky scalp
Having a flaky scalp can be a bit irritating. This hair condition happens when your scalp gets dry and itchy. It also exists as a symptom when you are having scalp psoriasis, eczema, and serious dandruff problems.
- Hair fall
Hair fall is one of the most dreaded hair problems and this condition usually occurs when you are physically or emotionally stressed out, you are taking too much Vitamin A supplements, you are lacking protein in your diet, and many other reasons.
- Brittle hair
Brittle hair can be a bit of a problem especially because you can’t brush the strands easily. This hair problem happens because of poor nutrition, side effects from medications, and not properly taking care of your hair.

#1 Coconut milk
Coconut milk is great for hair growth purposes. Not only that but also it is a good deep conditioning natural solution. To make a coconut oil, you have to extract a milk of a coconut and rub the oil on your strands or all over your scalp. Keep the oil on your hair overnight and rinse it off with cool water the day after.
#2 Potato juice
Potato juice also promotes hair growth. Apart from that, it gives extra shine to the hair and acts as a natural conditioner as well. To make a potato juice, peel a potato, slice it to pieces, and extract its juice out using a blender. Then you can apply the juice on your scalp and let it stay there for about 10 to 15 minutes and rinse it by using a shampoo afterward.
#3 Egg mask
Egg mask is one of the readily available home remedies for hair growth. It is also one of the easiest to make. What you need to do is crack an egg, take an egg white and put it in a bowl and pour 1 teaspoon of olive oil and honey. Mix them together to create a smooth paste. Finally, you can apply the egg mask on your hair and scalp and let it stay for about 20 minutes. After 20 minutes, wash your hair with cool water and use a mild shampoo.
