Since I started using vitamin C serum in my daily skincare routine, my skin complexion has been improving. Dark circles and age spots are fading away. Though it took months to show visible results, I am very satisfied with what I have achieved; not only my skin looks much better, but also deep inside, new collagen is forming; making my skin looks younger 🙂
Being a beauty blogger is a great way to examine beauty products, and discover new ones. This time, I tested a new and unique vitamin C serum. The brand, Mistaya Organic Skincare, sent me one of their products in return for review.
Back in 2000, Amalia decided to launch Mistaya Organic Skincare to provide safer and more effective skincare products for her newborn child, you rock girl! Soon after, she started to create new skincare products that are natural, safe, and effective.
Why I Love Mistaya Vibrance Vitamin C Anti-aging serum
It is unique in many ways; with 95%+ USDA Certified Organic, and 100% Natural ingredients, it is hard to find such product for the price of $19.95. It also has a gel consistency, all other serums I have tried before are liquidy.
Mistaya Organic Skincare describes their product as follows:
“Perfect for all skin types, especially for anyone with sensitive skin, skin allergies or reactions to inorganic chemicals and additives. Ideal for reducing fine lines and wrinkles, crow’s feet, age spots and sun damaged skin. Improves skin hydration & tone and helps regenerate your skin to its natural beauty.”

It is a long list of ingredients, but I love that 95% of the ingredients are USDA certified organic.
The gel consistency makes it easier to apply to my face; I use one pump for my entire face, including the area under my eyes. Unlike most serums, it does not dry my face; I think it is perfect for dry and premature skin since it moisturizes the skin and absorbs quickly. Even though, I like to follow with a moisturizer especially that my skin is still suffering from the very cold winter season. This serum gives my skin an instant glow, it also reduces the appearance of fine lines under my eyes. That is why I like to use it under makeup as it makes my fine lines less visible.
In addition, Mistaya vitamin C serum has a pleasant citrus fragrance that reminds me of spring. That is why it is sooo refreshing to apply some in the morning.
My Overall Experience About
I love how it contains a natural organic blend of great ingredients like Aloe and Japanese green tea. The airtight pump packaging is great for protecting the delicate ingredients. In addition, the gel consistency makes it perfect to apply easily, even for a beginner. It is cruelty free and gluten free. All of these advantages for an affordable price of $19.95. You should remember that it takes time to show visible results, it is now approved that vitamin C serums promotes the production of new collagen, but you need to be patient and consistent. What I am sure of, is that by using natural and organic products, your skin will thank you for that in the future!
