Which ingredient is the DHT blocker and why the weight gain?
This supplement contains saw Palmetto, which may block the enzyme (5-alpha-reductase) from converting the hormone testosterone into DHT, according to this study. In other words, saw palmetto helps block DHT.

I happen to chance upon your blog. I’ve been experiencing drastically hair loss over the past five years. I believe it could be due to stress, menopausal stage, lack of sleep, diet etc. I’m not sure if frequent visits to salon for scalp treatment and change in shampoo (I’m using shampoo recommended by salon) could also be the cause.
I’m currently taking Evening Primrose Oil but somehow I couldn’t see results in hair growth. I read you were taking EU Natural Biotin and Vibrance supplements earlier and now you’ve switched to ZenWise? Is it possible to share your reasons to the switch?
I’m not sure if I should try EU Natural Biotin plus Vibrance or just ZenWise for my hair growth solution and hair loss prevention.

Both EU Natural Biotin plus Vibrance multi-vitamins and ZenWise did a good job in restoring my hair’s health. The reason why I change was only that I had the chance to try them out, and I should mention that I do like both.
I would suggest using Zenwise lab multi vitamin as it contains both vitamins and biotin, so you save some money that way and get a good product both at the same time.
Do you recommend DHT inhibitor shampoo to be used alongside this zenwise product?

Yes, you can, though shampoos won’t have that huge effect since you only apply them on your scalp for a few minutes. Still, you can try one, sometimes we need to experience things to find what works best for us.

A year before I was having the same problem. I consult a lot of doctors they cannot help me out as an exception. Then I tried to search different kinds of products and ways on the internet. Then finally I got a site. Read about them. They are Us based company. I tried their products. You would not believe now I have a full growth of hair.
Oh well, I actually read this for a friend and would recommend it for her. Personally,, I’m a hairy person, So I ot my hair issues covered, except for my head hair constant breakage, which I read from here that could be due to artificial dye usage.
