Time for another skin care infographic!
Today’s infographic focuses on the concept of keeping your skin clean. You need to wash off dirt, makeup, and oil that accumulate on your skin through the day. Also, maintain healthy clean skin by exfoliating your skin regularly, you can use yogurt for naturally exfoliating your skin without the fear of side effects. Moreover, one of the most important, but yet forgotten; cleaning your makeup brushes.
Washing and exfoliating may dry your skin, so never forget to moisturize your skin. Try some of the homemade moisturizers, such as honey and avocado, which are full of natural healthy oils.

Good infographic! However, the point about drinking 8 glasses of water a day for your skin has been disputed by science. Although staying hydrated is good for other body functions, the water gets taken up by other organs before arriving at the skin. The most beneficial way to use water to benefit the skin is to wash your face, do not dry it, and apply moisturizer to your damp skin. Here’s my post on drinking water from January 2013: http://www.neversaydiebeauty.com/health-beauty/new-year-resolution-2-hydrate-but-moisturize/

My mom wore very little make-up and did not really fuss with her hair but there was one meticulous beauty regime she lived by.

Every night I always wash my face before sleeping to avoid pimples and put rub some fresh tomatoes on it. I’ve got this kind of technique from my mother. When I was still at my teenage years I have a lot of pimples and because of it I totally lost my confidence. Later on, I learned to take care of my skin regularly. I now have a fair and smooth skin.

Very cool infographic. I will have to give these a shot. I am always lazy when it comes to skincare, however, seeing it laid out as you have it in this post I feel more confident I can make this a routine. Thanks
